Meet Makayla

Makayla is a sweet little girl who just turned five on February 1. On April 12, 2012 Makayla was diagnosed with a brain tumor (DIPG). Although she's been through radiation and a clinical trial she takes it all in stride and never complains. She's funny, smart, and a joy to be around. She is currently attending pre-school where she has several "boyfriends" who want to marry her. She loves purple, butterflies (as long as they don't touch her), her iPod, crafts, and her big sissy Alexandra most of all. She's the bravest and strongest little girl. Her Mommy says, "She amazes me everyday and she's my hero." There are many people praying for her. Her tumor has started growing again, but we still have hope for a miracle for Makayla.
You can follow her journey on her Facebook page Makayla's Miracle Makers.
