Alyssa was diagnosed with ALL leukemia
on February 6th of this year. We went in for her regular thyroid check
up when they noticed she lost a lb, so they did extra blood work. We
left and didn't think to much of it and we went to chuck e cheese
because she did so great at the doctor. That is when we received the
most horrible call, we were told to pack a bag and head straight to the
children's medical center for further testing because they suspect she
has leukemia. We didn't know what to do or think. She has been
undergoing chemo treatment ever since. She is our little hero and is
kicking cancers butt!!
