Meet Piper

At only a few weeks of age, Piper's mom and dad got the news no parent wants to hear. Their beautiful baby girl had stage III, intermediate risk neuroblastoma. Looking at this little bundle of energy, it's hard to believe the road she has traveled in her short life. Piper has endured six rounds of chemotherapy and two major surgeries, but is currently classified as NED (no evidence of disease). She is full of joy and smiles. Her favorite things to do include being with her big sister, Conleigh, splashing at the pool, and playing with all the kids at her church. She's on the move and crawling everywhere. She loves to give high fives and wave to friends. Piper has piercing blue eyes, long eyelashes, and a fabulous smile- with some new little teeth peeking through. Piper is a mommy's girl and one of her favorite places to be is in her mom's arms. She loves her oncologists and nurses so she's all smiles at her monthly visits. We're all smiles here for Piper's good bill of health and send her our best wishes for continued positive results.
