Meet Taylor

Taylor was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia on 10/08/2010 when she was 14 years old. She was a very active, social and vibrant teenager. About a month into her treatment, she suffered seizures, a stroke and a bleed in her brain caused by one of the chemo medications. She spent a number of days in the ICU but recovered fully and has no residual effects. She went through 2.5 years of treatment, missed most of her freshman year of high school and lost some friends due to cancer. She did not, however, let cancer get her down! She finished her treatment plan for ALL in February 2013. She is currently an honor roll junior in high school, a varsity cheerleader and is looking forward to prom, her senior year and applying to college! Her attitude through all of this is "Never Ever Give Up!" Images by: Danielle Hendrickson Design & Photography
