Meet JP

JP is an amazing little boy full of life, love and pure joy. Jp is 5 years old and currently fighting cancer, Ewings Sarcoma to be exact. One evening Jp was taking a bath and his parents felt a large lump in his leg. As normal parents who m are very concerned they rushed him to a local hospital. The first hospital they went to stated he broke his leg. His father being a medic for several years knew this was not true. Jp was then taken to a local Children's hospital where his parents were told it was cancer. The cancer spread and soon he was found doing regular chemotherapy. A recent MRI showed that cancer was losing the battle but more news followed. His parents were heartbroken to hear the cancer had gotten into his growth plates and his leg had to be amputated. October 9th, 2012 was the day of surgery. He is optimistic and full of life. Jp is not letting this get to him. He is happy, and proud. He is a fighter, a warrior, and he is full of hope. He loves trucks, cars, motorcycles, and super hero's. He is a typical 5 year old with dreams bigger than he is. He is a flirt, loving to hold hands and blow kisses to any woman who catches his eye. With amputation and follow up chemo he is expected to make a full recovery.
